3rd drugs infusion

This was the 3rd dose of my drugs therapy of the year. It's slightly different for this admission as i was given 1st class accommodation v(^.^)v which was a room of my own with private washroom. It was because all the beds were occupied, so they had to give me that room.
Well it's indeed quite lonely within these 4 walls as i couldn't see and talk to others but i took this opportunity and spent some quality time with God ^^ Besides, i could talk on the phone as loud as i wanted to =p
There was this Chinese uncle who has stroke and wasn't really conscious with his utterances. He kept yelling and kicking all the nurses and doctors who approached him. They had to tight him up to prevent him from getting down from the bed in case he falls down.
Below are some conversations between that uncle and another uncle who slept at the opposite bed who disturbed him^^
Uncle 1(stroke): Ah Yeng ! Ah Yeng ! kiu koi dei fong hoi ngo ! (asked them to release me!)
Uncle2 : Lei lou po fan zho hui la (your wife has gone back la)
Uncle 1(stroke): lei you mm you fong ?? ( you wana let me go or not ??)
Uncle 2 : Mm fong ! Tang lei hou fan di ngo tai lei hui wan ding (no! i'll bring you to
Genting when you recover)
Uncle1(stroke) : sei er lei, kong ti kam ke ye, kam tor yan sei mm kin lei sei (go and die, say
things like this, so many people die why weren't you one of them)
Uncle2 :pat yu fan hiong ha, yee poh leh (what about your hometown, ipoh)
Uncle1(stroke):kong kong kong %$#@!*&#!! (say somemore)

Wasei, we had a great time last night with other visitors listening to their conversations ^^ Luckily i had my own room, if not i couldn't have slept well with all his senseless yellings throughout the night. Next infusion will be on Jan 28th. God will be with me,Amen !

The Curve- Christmas season

This is my 1st visit to the Curve after staying in KL for more than 3 years ^^ It's indeed a wonderful and enjoyable experience.
The Christmas decorations were like Wow (look at the pictures). It's sooo beautiful and romantic^^ The moment i got in there, i just felt i was in a theme park...it's huge and open-air with various stalls, restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars. We went to Mache restaurant to have dinner and believe me, this place is not any closer to the word 'ordinary'. Walked through the door with a 'passport' given to order food, the restaurant is like a market inside where ingredients are placed right in front of you and the chef prepares the food behind it. I enjoyed food that i have never tried before such as rosti honey glazed turkey and scone. This is a swiss-concept restaurant which i find it...lovely. Of course, the price is equally 'lovely'.

Surprise~~~

Yep it's a surprise, a bad one, like hell. When i was about to go out this afternoon, someone 'gave' me a present- a big black padlock locking my grill. You can imagine my expression when i saw that thing (what tha???). I couldn't think who would do this to me but it must be some free rich brainless people.
Thank god our security guard was very helpful that he got me a locksmith's number which later i found out i will be charged RM70 to unlock the darn padlock. =.= The price was not negotiable even though i'm a student and i had been victimized !
Thank god again to the security guard who found some construction workers to set me free using electric saw... Thank God ^^
So to all of you, please lock your grill with padlocks whether you're in or out so the 'tak han mou si zhou' people have no space to lock you up.

Life Church Melbourne's concert

Dated Nov 11st and held in 3K hall in Sri Kembangan, it was the first concert i attended in my life ^^ Surely i was v excited and i enjoyed myself to the fullest ^^
Life Church worship band was made up of a group of talented (seriously) musicians. Though they're not as famous as Hillsongs and Planetshakers, they're really good in music and i believe their will gain their reputation v soon.
We were rocked by them all night as i jumped until my leg cramped lol. The speaker- Pastor Nicholas was a gifted and blessed person... He's really gifted in preaching in d sense that he caught our interest and attention... I was v touched by his story...and the best part is he even danced and did "worm" before he preached (look at d pic below) Wow!!!
Indeed, we bought their album and got all their pictures and signatures ^^ sure i'll be there when they come again next year. You guys rock !!!

3 days 2 nights in ...hospital

1st ever admission into Hospital Kebangsaan University Malaysia (HUKM) wasn't something as fun as i thought it should be lol. The feelings i have when i was discharged is totally opposed to the excitement i had before i was admitted.
I was admitted on Nov 5th 5pm, to undergo drugs infusion for my illness. Once i reached my bed, a welcome gift from my neighbour- awesome smell as he was passing motion. walau eh... quickly ran to the window for some fresh air^^
Life is so realistic in the ward. You don't hear music, positive things but sounds of machines, patients cry out in agony, terrible coughing and others. The connection with outside world is totally cut off. I couldn't really feel i was in HUKM, Cheras with all the familiar places surrounding me, no, i felt i was on an island more. I was really psychologically disturbed as the time past by, feeling wanna rush out of the hospital. I believe i'll go insane if the doctor were to hold me any longer.
Patients here could talk to each other easily without barrier as everyone is on the same boat. The 1st usual question would be "sakit apa?". Oh yeah, i was the youngest in the ward. Blood pressure was taken every 5 hours. I was disturbed by the nurse to take my blood pressure at 3.30am for these 2 nights ! Not to mention BP was taken every 30 minutes during my infusion.
Life here wasn't peaceful AT ALL. Nurses woke me up at 7am to have breakfast...walau eh, i sleep until what time i suka la.>< I was interviewed by like 30+ doctor trainees in these 3 days regarding my illness as it's very rare. One doctor even brought her students to have lecture on me.
Before i end this post, i was poked for 4 times during my stay for blood test and the infusion took 7 hours. I will get back there in 2-week time for 2nd infusion. sigh...
Thanks to all the friends who visited me during my stay. CK, joann, zi xin, chiat, sam, con, jamie, chip, lim, samuel, jacob, peter, christine, yue ting, jasmine, wilfred, josh and friend. You guys rock ! without you people i would be so lonely. Arigatou !

Esplosion 2006

Esplosion 2006 dated from 9th of DEC to 12th DEC was one of the memorable camps for me. It was my first time to attend a camp organized by Presbyterian English churches. Port Dickson was selected to be the venue and indeed it was a beautiful place.

We departed from GEPC(Cheras) in 7-8 cars in the afternoon. Thank god for giving us safe journey that we reached the destination in time for the registration. All new faces I met at the resort were from various churches such as Agape(Kluang), Kuala Terengganu, Holy Light, Hebron, Ipoh, Kuantan and others. Surprisingly their average age was ranged from 15-19.( I’m considered ‘old’ lol) Despite their age, they were really energetic and enthusiastic in serving god. I was really encouraged by them.

Praise and worship sessions were just wonderful. I could feel the presence of god in every session and we did have a great time! I was also amazed by the age of some musicians from other churches that they were really talented!

I also felt grateful to have a great speaker in this camp who was Pastor Victor and his wife, Pastor Kelly. They both were really gifted pastors in youth ministry. They truly understand today’s youth problems that they can cope with it very well. I gained a lot in every session they held.

A small issue I would raise is they didn’t plan any games for the camp throughout 4 days. Other than that, the food we had, room we stayed was really good and comfortable. Nice work!

A visit to KL badminton stadium lol~

It was a Sunday when i was on my way back after sending my friends back to the college. Suddenly i remembered there was this Malaysian open badminton championship happening at KL badminton stadium which is just 1km away from my current location. So i decided to take a look since all the champions like Lin Dan, Taufik Hidayat and others were there. It was a fullhouse at the parking lot where i couldn't find a place for my little Kancil to squeeze in..(just imagine that ! ). I saw all kinds of luxury cars like Merz S-class, BMW 7 series and even the latest Nissan Skyline (syok) believed it belongs to the VIPs guarded by traffic police. When i was about to leave, a man suddenly appeared and asked me to take his place since he's leaving. wow, just nice, i thought.
I was walking briskly to the entrance after i parked my car. There were glaring notices saying ' tickets sold out ! ' everwhere. great, i thought. i could only listen to the cheering outside the entrance instead to spectating inside, darn. i was wondering could i ran through that VIP entrance when the guards weren't watching, lol. The whole incident ended with i watching the live telecast competition on TV screen back at home, clear and comfortable.

A new story plot

Just moments before i fell asleep last night, i just had this idea of a new story plot. It goes like this...
There is this human accidentally discovers this secret entrance to a majestic kingdom location somewhere in the space(something like 'Narnia'). In that kingdom, he finds out that the ruler is busy preparing a biggest war ever happened in human history that is to destroy the earth and terminate every living things on earth.
After several attempts, this human manages to get back to earth the entrance where he got into that kingdom. He tries any way he could do to warn the world's leaders, organisations and people about this war. Logically the people couldn't accept this message. Without giving up hope, this human starts to recruit members and form elite groups from the soldier forces, air and navy respectively. This person knows what it takes to fight the 'secretive kingdom' as he has infiltrated the kingdom's top secret military base.
After months of preparation, the biggest, most cruel war has begun in human history ...

*that's what i have thought of generally... usually i have ideas of writing a new song, but this time, lol... heheee hope you enjoy it =)

Smart Teacher Workshop

It's a workshop for trainee teachers regarding the usage of SMART board as a teaching tool in the classroom. SMART board is an interactive whiteboard where it's connected to a computer. You can explore a website, give a science presentation or take a virtual field trip. The key to this experience is touch. You simply touch the surface to select menus and icons. To write notes, pick up a pen and write with either the pen or your finger. You don't need batteries or special tools that fail or go missing. It was indeed a tiring day as the workshop went from 9am-5pm. It was held at the various parts of the faculty of education,UM.
The first session was the most interesting and entertaining of all where trainer- Firuz gave us a lecture on basic understanding of psychology on e-learning environment. Firuz is a knowledgeable and witty lady. She knows what she is doing and is really good in it. "no one has ever fallen asleep during my lecture" and it was very true.
After taking a group photo, we moved to the multimedia lab and 'wow', UM has got the facilities to accomodate world-class standard of learning environment. So if you can't excel in UM, the problem is in you. UM has provided complete facilities for teaching and learning.
Then, came the luncheon part. Wasei, i wonder if the organisers who did this workshop and in charged of food and beverage were the same group. They did a fantastic job in organizing the workshop but what we got for lunch was rice with a slice of cucumber and egg. And of course, kuih ! Luckily i brought my bread. Ha!
Next, we had to prepare a lesson plan by incorporating some theories we learned in the first session and maximize the usage of SMART board. It was good but tiring. Before calling it a day, we registered ourselves as the Malaysia SMART board user group and we received a gift for that. Guess what, a 256mb pendrive!
Finally, heard that this board costs a few K (may be 8 or 9). Who cares...the ministry of Edu. gonna spend the money and we teachers are just gonna use it...adiosssssss

Called up Fly Fm

Decided to participate the contest organised by Fly FM which is called "wake up your brain". The question goes " What are 18% of people in the world capable of?" The prize money started at RM100 and snowballs at the pace of RM100 a day if answers given are incorrect.
It was the 8th day since i started calling the station every morning and it finally got through. Wow, you know that kind of feelings...nervous+excited...wasei !
So i answered phat babes+Ben (DJs) ''access the internet" and guess what ...
one loud buzzzzzz WRONG!!! sigh... it was RM1400 on that day if i get it correct...
nevermind, i'm still glad as i called through that day... how many people has that kind of chance like me... adiosss~~~
